Real Estate Rebrand UPDATE!

I have been talking about a Real Estate rebrand since the start of 2025. Now that our Airbnb is launched and our wedding has happened I'll be diving back into my rebrand. But what exactly is changing?

I still live the Greater Charlotte area of North Carolina and am still licensed in North Carolina. Yes, I will continue to work with buyers and sellers in my area. The clients I intend to take will be my own friends, family, past clients and referrals from those sources. With that said, I won't be contributing my personal client attraction efforts toward Charlotte buyers and sellers. Instead I'm expanding beyond my locality…

Did you know that real estate agents can refer each other to their clients? For example if a seller of mine moves to Florida to buy a home, I can refer a FL real estate agent to help them buy. When I do this I get a portion of that Commission. Here's another example… maybe I have a friend that lives in California and I haven't necessarily worked with them but want to buy in Santa Barbara. I can refer my friend to a real estate agent in Santa Barbara and I would get a portion of the Commission.

Moving forward, I will be focusing my Real Estate business on referral clients. I have been building my own personal directory of quality Real Estate agents all over the country to refer my clients to. If you or someone you know is planning to buy or sell and they want to be referred to a quality realtor, please send them to ME first! I will vet their needs and play matchmaker.

Until I was a licensed agent, I personally did not know this was possible so let me share how it works on the backend. Real Estate is sales and yes we are selling homes but we are also selling our services first. So a lot of the upfront work that can be the most challenging in Real Estate is selling yourself/service and acquiring that client. When I send a client to another agent, that agent gets to pick up where I left off. That Agent takes the client through the transaction process to the closing table. In exchange, that agent has an agreement with me to split the commission they earn on the transaction (in full transparency it tends to be around 25% to me). This comes at no extra cost to the buyer or seller involved. It’s simply a pre-negotiated split from whatever transpires naturally in the transaction.

To run this business structure I am doing two things:

1) Sharing this information with my friends and family so that you can refer anyone you know to me!
2) Creating targeted marketing online to relocating home buyers.
